Ferry 'cross the Mersey My friend T had the idea of taking this view through a porthole. I copied her! we had a lovely day on the river and this reminds me of it. I'm thinking of her a lot and hope she feels better soon.
The ferry now does a sort of triangular route - Liverpool, Secombe, Birkenhead and back to Liverpool. It was a lovely hot day but always cool on the water. T took a much better pic than I did but it's typical of her inventive approach :)
What a lovely idea! The water looks choppy. I've been on the ferry from Birkenhead many times.
