Please spare a thought or a prayer for a friend of mine, who faces with tremendous courage a truly devestating future in health terms. He is all you would wish for in a friend and has always been there when I needed him. Right now he's experiencing an understandable darkness of the soul and as I believe very much in the power of both prayer and "positive vibes" to help those in need, I'm asking that all of you who read this just send something out into the ether to lighten his darkness a little.
