Catblogging Friday rolls around again! Here are "the boys" Basil and Shea tucking into their breakfast.

Another busy couple of days. On Wednesday I was at a conference and yesterday was a very long and hectic day at work which started with me talking to a school about the summer reading challenge and finished with a "Friends of the Library" event. But I have today off...hurray!

One of the sessions at the conference was on creating a blog! I have just started one for the library and am going to use it for promotional purposes and of a record of all we do at work.I am planning on adding some more links etc to it at some point today.

Hope everyone has a great day and I hope to get caught up on all your blogs ASAP!

Our library has Summer Reading Events; I guess maybe it's a nationwide thing. What fun to be starting a Library Blog...you'll have to give us the think when it's up and running so we can drop by for a look :o) Enjoy your day off and hope the weather stays fine for you.

Good look at the cats, I'm glad Basil is doing well. It warms my heart.

I'm planning on posting about, and passing along the schmooze award tomorrow (Sat) on my blog.

Hi Julie, sorry it has been so long since my last visit. I have just caught up on all of your happenings over the past weeks. Busy bee!!! I will check out the Library blog.

Sorry about your riding mishaps. Good for S getting back on and making the little monster jump and to your rider for having the courage to get back on too. These things do happen and when frightened a horse will flee it is a natural instinct/reaction and no matter how well trained, if something happens that scares them they will react.

I really need to get back into the habit of reading and replying to my blogging buddies every day, I miss the interaction.

Always in my thoughts (((Hugs))))
