We got home from our holiday yesterday afternoon on my birthday (I'm now 47...how can this be? Inside I'm still 33...my favourite age ever.....although I think I look 57 LOL) In the evening Phil and I went to an evening wedding reception - as guests not as photographers which felt WEIRD!! I did enjoy it.

We had a great trip and I loved spending time with my inlaws but I missed Phil and the cats and my HOME! Next week I'm on "staycation" and I'm looking forward to that too.

I have a load of washing to do and get dry and it's bloody RAINING!! Plus photos to edit and quotes to prefer, gardening to do ....oh such a TON of STUFF!!

However I have caught up on most of my blog friends but as there were about 90 posts to read I wasn't able to comment much without committing the entire day to it. I missed you all though!

Welcome home. You sound like one busy lady.
A very special Happy Birthday to you. I think you are at a beautiful age. I do remember that one quite a few years ago.
Rest and catch up. Blog when you can.

SOOOOOO GLAD you are back!! I missed you a LOT!

Our birthdays are close...mine is today the 11th. I am 41 today. I think this is going to be my best "decade"...until I get to 50 and then I'll make that my best "decade" and so on. I'm glad you had fun on your vacation. Hubby and I had a staycation this year...and just did little day trips to local areas. It was FUN!

Glad you're home safe and sound, happy, happy birthday (I'm your age!) and good luck getting the laundry dry.
