New Year Resolutions
I know I need to make some changes this year! So....
1. Drink more water. My water app has shown me I just don't drink enough liquids!
2. Stick to the LCHF diet challenge for 100 days - ends April 15th.
3. Waste less food - very important.
4. Either establish a regular gym schedule or cancel my membership - by end of March.
5. Put my health first.
